History

“Patinvestengineering“ JSC is established by Decision No. 27786 of Sofia City Court dated 06.12.1991 and is registered in the Trade Register under No. 167, published in State Gazette No 12/1992. The Company is an assignee of the Main Directorate for Construction and Reconstruction of roads – Sofia established in 1976.

Licence

The Company is licensed to perform activities, investment projects compliance assessment and implementation of construction supervision by license № LK – 000069/21.04.2010.

The Company is a full member of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects / BACEA/, member of the International and European Federation of Consulting Engineers/FIDIC and EFCA/ for Bulgaria.

Personnel and management

There are 110 experts and assistants working permanently at the company 94 of whom are highly qualified specialists. We also have at our disposal 344 highly qualified specialists included in the list of competent physical persons, certified by MRDPW who we hire when necessary to perform certain concrete tasks.

Offices

The Head Office is located in Sofia, while there are 30 regional offices around the country where the company specialists provide co-ordination of investment activities, create business and represent the company. The permanent considerable increase of the range of services performed by “Patinvest engineering” JSC, has imposed to do some re-structuring. Five Main Regional offices were established by Sofia City Court Decision of 03.11.2006 managed by prosecutors.

  • Main regional office Sofia, include: Sofia, Vidin, Montana, Vratza, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Doupnitza, Gotze Deltchev, Botevgrad regions.
  • Main regional office Veliko Tarnovo include: Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovetch, Pleven and Rouse regions.
  • Main regional office Shumen include: Shumen, Targovishte, Razgrad, Silistra, Dobritch and Varna regions.
  • Main regional office Sliven, include: Sliven, Burgas, Yambol and Stara Zagora regions.
  • Main regional office Plovdiv include: Plovdiv, Haskovo, Kardjali, Smolyan and Pazardjik regions.
